If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a valid ticket for the rescheduled date, at the organiser's discretion. We will contact all ticket holders using the email address provided at checkout with instructions. Lost or undelivered tickets: if you did not receive your ticket by email, please check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order reference and we will resend it at no charge. Tickets are non-transferable resale items are sold at the holder's own risk — we cannot guarantee entry for tickets purchased outside of this official platform.
